The Luxe Lakehouse - Remodel
This lakeside renovation presented a unique design challenge: transform a dated interior while preserving the original flooring. Due to sun fading and finish inconsistencies beneath the previous cabinetry, the footprint had to remain largely intact—requiring strategic planning and thoughtful design execution.
To create a more open and functional space, we removed a wall between the kitchen and living area, establishing a fluid connection between the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. Two new skylights above the expansive island bring natural light deep into the heart of the home, while a full lighting overhaul enhances the ambiance from end to end.

In the primary bathroom, we retained the existing tile, updating the space with a custom vanity, new countertops, and elevated lighting to provide a fresh yet cohesive feel with the rest of the home.
This project is a study in balance—where creativity meets constraint, and refined details bring modern warmth to a lakeside retreat.
